- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, odors, or signs of use.
- We only accept returned items without custom alterations, embroidery, or personalized details.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Return
- Please contact us first to request a return and receive the correct return address.
- Ship the item back to us in marketable condition and in the original packaging.
- Once we receive your returned parcel, it will be checked by our fulfillment center.
- Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 days.
